Why ffyrebird?
The phoenix or firebird is a symbol of renewal and rebirth, usually after a trial or hardship. The idea of emerging stronger and better from life's struggles resonates deeply for me.

Why Romans 12:2?
According to Lao Tzu, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. I believe it begins when you decide in your mind to take that step. All true change begins in the mind.
