Love your scripture paintings. They are good art and good teaching material for church. Do you have opportunity to use them that way?

Thank you all so much! Sometimes I wonder if I have bitten off more than I can chew with a commitment of this size. I thought Lent was realllllyyy long when I gave up chocolate for it one year, but when I stop to think of how many more days I have left... Oh, my! Thank goodness for all the supportive, friendly people out there in cyberland and my loving family who cheer me on in my insanity!!
Ramona- I haven't really thought of my Lenten Journal in that light. To be honest, I don't even think of my sketches as being good enough for showing anyone outside of the EDM crowd where everyone is so gentle and kind to amateurs like myself. However, I think it would be nice to encourage a church class to keep their own version of an illustrated spiritual journal. That isn't such a great leap out of my comfort zone since we homeschool and I've helped the kiddos keep illustrated journals/sketchbooks.
