I love the photo, and your two paintings from it. My favorite is the second 🙂 I’m amazed at your drawing skills, it took me a while to render a more or less acceptable shape. At the end I just left the bottom part out!

They are both good, the second one is the best though. (I had a couple of attempts too)
I like both but the bottom version stands out because of the contrast of values.
