Good job on the fortune cookie!
Terrific tones in that fortune cookie. It has so much depth!
That fortune cookie looks like I could pick it up off the page – lovely work!
stunning – Happy Chinese New Year
Great sketch, is it watercolour?
Mmmmm! Looks good enough to eat.
xoxo
That turned out very well. Looks edible. Keep warm.
Thanks everyone!!
Alissa– talk about serendipity, I didn’t even realize yesterday was the Chinese New Year, how cool!!
Cathy–The sketch is mainly pen and ink wash. Noodlers Beaver(I think) in an old fountain pen, then I pulled the tones out with a waterbrush. After that I added the bluer shadows with watercolor.
Love this – it looks ready-to-eat! Funny too that you drew it without realizing it was the lunar new year!
